Important Notices

This boat does not have a toilet on board. Guests should plan accordingly before departure.
If a guest becomes seasick and requests to return to shore, the charter will be considered complete and no refund will be issued. Once the boat returns to port, it cannot go back out. We recommend taking motion-sickness medication before departure if you are prone to seasickness.
Fish Handling: Fish caught during this charter are normally kept by the crew, as they form an important part of their livelihood either as food for their families or to sell locally. If guests wish to keep a portion of their catch or enjoy it prepared on the beach, this is welcomed; it is customary to offer a gratuity to the crew for cleaning and cooking the fish.

Your day begins at the Bayahibe dock, where our captain and crew welcome you aboard and introduce the plan for the day.

Once you’ve made your catch, we continue toward Canto de la Playa a pristine, palm-fringed beach located on the far side of Saona Island.
There, our crew prepares a traditional Dominican fish fry featuring your fresh catch, served with rice, salad, and local specialties, while you relax, swim, or explore this postcard-perfect setting.
